Returns Policy

Mars the label understands that occasionally we make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a Full Refund within 14 working days (Excluding Delivery Fee).

All we ask is that the item is unworn, with the original tags attached and packaging included, also, hygiene stickers must be intact. The item must not be washed.

Please note lingerie is not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases as any items with damage such as (but not limited to): makeup stains / general wear and tear / heavily fragranced / marks / spills / discolouration / tampered labels and tags will be refused any refund and you order will then be sent back to you

All orders are looked over twice with two different members of staff before being dispatched, all orders claimed at being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We are sorry to say we can’t offer exchanges, but you can send your item back for a refund and place a new order for a different size.

Sale items

  •  Sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note.
  •  3 for 2 promos are not returnable for exchange or refund.

Along with your order slip or a note inside the parcel with your name and order number so we can locate your order and issue a refund.

If you do not include your order number / address in your parcel we will NOT be able to locate your return.

Please hold on to your proof of postage until you receive your refund. 

Returns may take up to 14 working days to process once we have received it.

We do not cover your shipping cost. Also, if an item is returned, our postage charge is also non-refundable.
